Treasurer

Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Director and Principal since 1991 of I C N Toole & Co Limited (Accounting Practice) and Director and Principal of Dumaresq Secretaries Limited (Trust Company Business – Class O). Member of the Trust since 2006.

John A N Le Fondré

Chairman

BA (Hons) Accountancy and Finance; Chartered Accountant and former Member of States of Jersey. Member of the Trust since 1996. Appointed Chairman effective 12th July 2022.

Malcolm John Le Boutillier

Trustee

Retired Solicitor of the Royal Court, formerly Senior Partner of Le Gallais & Luce, Law Firm and Chairman of LGL Trustees Limited. Member of the Trust since 2000.

Tom Hart

Trustee

Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Partner of Woodward Burton Associates (Chartered Quantity Surveyors) since 1992 and also a Director of the Jersey Construction Council Limited. Member of the Trust since 2014.

Graeme Hutchison

Trustee

B’Arch (Hons) R.I.B.A. First 10 years post qualification experience was in private practice in Edinburgh before joining the States of Jersey Department of Public Building and Works in 1981. Having worked on a variety of interesting projects over the years was promoted to the post of Chief Architect until retiring in 2011. Has retained a retired status membership of the R.I.B.A. Member of the Trust since 2014.

Michael N de la Haye

Secretary

BA (Hons) in French and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Former Greffier of the States of Jersey (2002 to 2015) and former Commissioner of the Jersey Financial Services Commission (2016 to 2019). Lay member of the Jersey Employment and Discrimination Tribunal, Independent Chair of the Housing Policy Development Board, and member of the Committee of Management of the Public Employees Pension Scheme. Member of the Trust since 2021. Appointed Secretary effective 12th July 2022.
